Absolutely appalled at how I've been treated after the amount I have deposited. When I asked to close my account because I have a gambling problem, the reply I got from my so called 'vip manager' I was offered a bonus to stay with them. When I questioned this and asked for their licence details and what gambling authority they were under I was totally ignored. I have been emailing them constantly for 5 days and not one response have I received. I have went onto live chat to ask for someone to contact me to be told someone will be in touch. Absolute scan of a site, please be warned.
