Having sent all relevant documents and all are correct. I have still not recieved my winnings. Now 4 days. I also didn't recieve my bonus bets. There was an offer of bet £5 and recieve up to £60 in free bets. I deposited £20. Placed a £10 bet and played £10 in the casino. They said they knew nothing of the bet offer and would investigate, even though it was a paid promotion by them on social media. Then said I had to be my full deposit of £20 on a single bet so wasn't allowed the offer. ?? So had i just deposited £10 and bet £10 i got the offer. But because I spent £10 on their casino page I dont get the offer ? Have been on live chat and sent a couple of the emails. The 2nd email has still not been replied to. Avoid this betting site !!!!

Not once, ever did you give or offer ANY help, solution or alternative. I felt unworthy and foolish to have believed that AMONBET is nothing but pure make believe. Website links are unprofessionally created and not valid for any purpose but to look real.
This site is not the real McCoy, they certainly make you feel like you don’t matter. They ignored me for a full day on the 19th. I ended up losing my temper and in deep distress. They stated LOL.
Shocking is what I was left with, astounded at the sheer ignorance, non conformities manner, blasay attitude, do not want to help anyone.

This casino uses DELAY tactics and excuse after excuse to stop from paying you any winnings. I’m so disappointed thought I actually found an authentic one.

still refusing my pay out they have used delay upon delay strategies, but the AMONBET staff are not bright enough to cover their seedy misdemeanours. They have used all the strategies to avoid pay out now they have resorted to sheer ignorance not offering one word of support. I won £5000 and cried my eyes out. Clearly the boys in blue have been notified, due to my fraud allegations.

One month no email replies how to get into my account to change my password, round and round in circles on chat bot. Had 3 messages read by amonbet on this thread stating the above but no help from them how to change my password.
Absolutely appalled at how I've been treated after the amount I have deposited. When I asked to close my account because I have a gambling problem, the reply I got from my so called 'vip manager' I was offered a bonus to stay with them. When I questioned this and asked for their licence details and what gambling authority they were under I was totally ignored. I have been emailing them constantly for 5 days and not one response have I received. I have went onto live chat to ask for someone to contact me to be told someone will be in touch. Absolute scan of a site, please be warned.

Support are very unhelpful withdrawals sent in euros because they wont use my uk bank details for transfer, instead use iban international transfer. everything seems to be my fault or the banks fault, even with clear documentation sent to them its never amonbet at fault! Had issue with netgame slots not functioning properly, again fault at my end they said, even though I proved other providers games were working correctly. As a VIP player I expect better.
I've been waiting for my withdrawal for 4 days now. All they say is to be patient, and they can't provide any timeframe for the process. Be cautious about depositing here, as they accept deposits immediately but seem to never process withdrawals. If I eventually receive my funds, I will update this review.
