We recently moved from Paris to Toronto, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the first phone call, the team was incredibly helpful. They explained everything clearly and helped us feel prepared for the big move (as we had two containers). On the first packing day, the team arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were friendly and professional, handling our belongings with care. They even let the kids help pack a "special box" with their favorite things, which made them feel involved and less anxious about the move ( and following their favourite packer Ismael for 4 days straight). The shipping process was smooth, and we got regular updates throughout. Rita, our coordinator kept us informed at every stage, so always knew where our things were. There was a slight delay in customs, but the team handled everything for us and kept us in the loop, which was reassuring.When our belongings arrived in Toronto the team unpacked and set everything up exactly how we wanted it. The movers were quickly and efficient, and nothing was damaged.Overall, we're really happy with the service. The team took all the stress out of our move, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone moving internationally.
