Scammers with Poor Communication

They are scammers (they don't even deserve a star). It started well with good communication, I signed a contract and paid 40%, but then communication stopped completely. Luckily, I knew where my belongings were and maintained contact with the mover, which allowed me to retrieve my items. However, it seems the company has closed down, as I discovered when attempting to file a report on a French website. It's shameful what they did to honest customers.

Incredibly frustrating experience.

This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever encountered. Our belongings finally arrived after 13 months, while we were initially quoted 40 days. I had to contact them via email and phone countless times. Just before delivery, they requested a $1,400 deposit, and I am still waiting for my refund! They keep assigning new representatives despite assurances of having one designated contact. I strongly advise against using this service.

**“This company is a SCAM!***Currently, thirty families have experienced having their possessions taken for international transport. The company takes your money and disappears with your belongings. They do not respond to emails, messages, or phone calls. Our Facebook group has over 90 members, and we are organizing a class action. We suspect the company is posting fake positive reviews, as there is nothing commendable about them. Many victims can attest that this company takes your money, demands more, and vanishes with your items. THIS IS A SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible experience overall

Terrible experience overall. Our belongings finally arrived after 13 months, while we were initially quoted 40 days. I have had to reach out to them an outrageous number of times. They requested a $1,400 “deposit” just before delivery, and I am still waiting for my refund! They constantly switch representatives despite assuring me there would be one main contact. I recommend steering clear of this service.

Delay and poor communication

When I placed my order, I was told it would take 8 weeks for shipping, yet 8 MONTHS later, I still have not received my delivery. I paid for a full container, but they opted for LCL. I’m very dissatisfied; please don’t make the same mistake of trusting this company. No one responds to my emails or calls, and now another company is pursuing me for payment that this company has not settled.

Great experience from Brussels to Dubai

The service was professional from packing to delivery. All boxes arrived in good condition. Although furniture assembly took a while, the team was persistent. Quick customs clearance and regular updates kept me at ease during the lengthy transit to Dubai. Highly recommend.

Smooth transition from New York to Lyon

The movers in both New York and Lyon were friendly and well-organized. Customs took longer than anticipated, but updates were frequent. Everything arrived safely and in good condition. There was a minor delay at the port, but overall, the service remained efficient and reassuring.

This company is a scam!!

This company is a scam!! They are holding my belongings hostage, and despite my repeated inquiries about their location, no one responds! The shipment is overdue, and all I get is vague promises of shipment with no details or updates whatsoever!

Beware of this company!

I hired this company for an international move from Paris to the Dominican Republic about five months ago. The initial quote was €7,800 for an all-inclusive service, and they said it would take around 7 weeks. Ultimately, the move cost over €16,000 and took 5 months. After reading other reviews, I now realize I’m fortunate to have received my belongings at all — but certainly not thanks to this company. They completely stopped responding to any form of communication. I had to contact the port and customs myself to get my shipment delivered. Two pieces of furniture arrived damaged. The supposed “insurance” they offer is a complete lie, and they ignore all claims regarding damages. This has been my experience, which sadly reflects that of many others. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this company.
