I’m reiterating my comment here: Amore Design and Neibac are, in fact, the same company—and both continue to scam me and hold onto my money.can’t believe how infuriating this entire experience has been. My order took well over 45 days to arrive—which was already outrageous—only to show up missing half of what I paid for. I ordered two canvases but only received one, and then they had the gall to insist both were in the same box. That’s flat-out dishonest. Their customer service? Completely unresponsive. Communication? Useless. Despite multiple attempts, I never got a real explanation or any meaningful help. Honestly, I’m not sure if they lost my package or if they’re purposely trying to scam me. Their total lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic competence is mind-boggling. I’m demanding a refund immediately. If I don’t see my money back soon, I’ll file a dispute with my credit card company. My advice? Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity on this company—stay far away.
