The painting arrived with significant damage. The canvas was rippled and is loose on the frame. I have endeavoured to contact the company and have had very unhelpful and delayed responses despite sending pictures as requested It seems the packaging was not sturdy enough to protect the piece during shipping, which is unacceptable for a piece of this value..I signed the delivery invoice with the wording “ accepted with reservation “ as recommended.Extremely disappointed, proceed with caution !
I don’t know yet what the quality is like but I am quite worried after reading some reviews on here. The major problem I have is that I was unaware this was purchased from Italy and I have now been informed that in order for it to be delivered I have to pay an additional £43.00 import duty and tax. I thought it was being despatched in this country. Also the receipt I had said that all fees paid - obviously not and nowhere on this site does it say it’s despatched from Italy
As of yet I have not received my order it is in customs but I just want to make you all aware that because I live in the uk I have had to pay another £41 customs fees. There wasn’t anywhere that it told me that I would have extra money to pay. Just be aware I have now received my art work and I am happy with it. Yes I was annoyed having to pay import tax which I didn’t know about but the end result is good
The communication with their customer service has been awful. I have been waiting over two weeks since the dispatch of my pictures, and no one can tell me where the items are or when they will be delivered. I have contacted their customer service four times, but no one has responded or provided any answers.Update 11/12/25: Do not use this company as i have just had to pay import charges of £155 that were never explained on placing the order.Sadly, I will now be attempting to recover my money through my credit card company, as I have paid nearly £800 for six canvases that have not been delivered, and my emails continue to go unanswered.
Canvas arrived with damage. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, there has been no sensible resolution. The only response is a ridiculous suggestion of self repair. Stay away from this company. They will take your money for over priced 'tat', then hide when exposed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Please can someone contact me ASAP? After receiving my painting and not being satisfied with it and therefore wishing to return it, I have submitted the Returns Form on your website on the 23rd May and once again just now. I have also emailed your company directly asking for a response. The quality of the picture is no where near how it appears on your website and looks really cheap and thin.Thankyou
