I'm really struggling to express my frustration with the company. Their customer service seems to completely ignore my emails, leaving me without any support. I've tried reaching out through both email and chat, but I haven't heard anything back. While I love the perfume, I had no idea the customer service was this poor. If it’s not the case, I would appreciate any advice on how to get a response. I even called, but again, no reply. Company, you really need to improve. I want to cancel my order because of the wrong payment method, but no one is responding. It would have been an easy fix, but I can’t take the risk of ordering again given this experience.
