I'm at a loss for words regarding my experience with the service. It seems they are ignoring my emails or are completely unavailable. I've attempted to reach out via both email and chat, but have heard nothing back. While I appreciate the quality of the perfume, the lack of customer support is shocking. If there's a way to get assistance, please inform me. I even tried calling, but still got no response. I need to cancel my order due to an incorrect payment method, and a simple adjustment could have been made if someone had just replied. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again, as I can't risk facing similar issues without resolution.

I ordered a set that was supposed to include four different perfumes, but mine arrived with two duplicates and one missing. I've emailed multiple times without any response. While I do enjoy the perfume, I won't be purchasing again. The service is shocking for a brand that claims to be high-end.
Customs have requested information like the alcohol percentage in the perfume. I was unaware that this was necessary, thinking they were based in the EU. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they only replied that they had provided everything. Now I need to submit this information before Christmas, and I will never buy from them again.

The company claims they will replace or refund faulty goods, but they don't follow through. Despite providing photographic evidence, they insist the damage was noticeable upon delivery, which is impossible with a sealed gift box. They refuse to accept that the courier is at fault. Do not trust their customer service; I am left without gifts and out a significant amount of money.
If I could give a minus one, I would. The products are great, but the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I ordered a product for €430 and returned it, as advised, at a cost of over €18. The courier informed me twice that there was no one available to accept the package. The company is a nightmare to deal with and refuses to refund me. I am now down €430 and the perfume. I've escalated this to my payment provider. Avoid this company at all costs.
It was nice, but the representative showing us around wasn't very friendly and seemed to favor other customers. When we asked questions, the responses were not very pleasant. However, I liked the variety of perfumes, and the facility was clean with welcoming staff.
One star is too much. The brand is nice, but the shopping experience is a disaster. There's a complete lack of customer service, whether through chat or email. It's hard to believe that such an expensive niche brand has such a poor reputation regarding customer relations. This is simply shameful.

As others have noted, there's no customer service. They ignored my inquiries about a mistake with a discovery kit. If they can't manage something as simple as that, how can I trust them to send the correct product? For a luxury brand charging these prices, this is unacceptable. Buy elsewhere.
