I've previously purchased from this company several times, but my recent order for a birthday gift and Christmas presents was a disaster. I requested gift wrapping, but when I opened the birthday gift, all the perfume vials were shattered. I checked the other packages, and they were the same. The company claims they will replace or refund faulty goods, but they don't follow through. Despite providing photographic evidence, they insist the damage was noticeable upon delivery, which is impossible with a sealed gift box. They refuse to accept that the courier is at fault. Do not trust their customer service; I am left without gifts and out a significant amount of money.
