Awful service from Amouage. Worst experience from a retailer in a long time. This was a small order of perfume. The customer service is the slowest I’ve ever received. They took some 12 days from placing my order to email me a tracking number despite repeated chasing and over 2 weeks later I discover, after going on the tracking, that Amouage haven’t even arranged for my order to be picked up. So almost 3 weeks later and the order I paid for has not even left their warehouse. Pathetic and embarassing for anyone to behave like this.
