The company agreed to refund me on September 8, but as of October 27, I have yet to receive it, despite the item being back at their location. After sending another inquiry, I finally learned that they had forgotten to process my refund. If I had trusted them again, I would have lost my money! I hesitated to write a negative review, but I feel it’s necessary to warn future customers about these issues. The company needs to reevaluate its supply chain; optimistic responses won’t suffice. It’s unfortunate because the retail sector needs businesses like this.
