I have refused the item since it was not sold under these conditions. The customer service responses merely point to US laws. If this is a recurring issue, they should provide the necessary disclosures as any reputable business would. I still have not received the item, as it is currently held in US customs.

The company agreed to refund me on September 8, but as of October 27, I have yet to receive it, despite the item being back at their location. After sending another inquiry, I finally learned that they had forgotten to process my refund. If I had trusted them again, I would have lost my money! I hesitated to write a negative review, but I feel it’s necessary to warn future customers about these issues. The company needs to reevaluate its supply chain; optimistic responses won’t suffice. It’s unfortunate because the retail sector needs businesses like this.
This was my first order. I only buy linen for clothing and home goods. I was very impressed with the excellent quality and how quickly my order arrived, in perfect condition. This summer, I’m planning to check out their clothing. A reliable company.
This feels like a scam. The quality is very poor. The fabric is see-through and thin, with loose threads everywhere. There's no proper hem on the sheet, making bed-making a hassle. Attention to detail is lacking. Customer service? Be prepared for a frustrating experience. Total waste of money. Edit: The company attempted to have this review removed. Just wanted to highlight how unethical they are in trying to hide negative feedback. Good on the review platform for upholding consumer rights. This company is definitely untrustworthy.
