The company fails to inform customers that their products are shipped from Lithuania and that all import costs fall on the buyer, in addition to the product price. I have refused the item since it was not sold under these conditions. The customer service responses merely point to US laws. If this is a recurring issue, they should provide the necessary disclosures as any reputable business would. I still have not received the item, as it is currently held in US customs.
