They made me to fill in many forms re TFN with many ID validations, etc, all approved and received confirmation and I completed registration.A couldn’t see my account online therefore I called the admin support to understand.Spoke to a number of incompetent people who couldn’t even verify my identity trough the personal details I provided.After several attempts and requests to speak to a manager I was told that my account was closed (even tho I received confirmation email that the account was active) and could not provide the reasons as they said their calling centre is in the Philippines and they don’t have access to this informations (not even the managers).Notification that the account was close was never sent to me. Totally unreliable service and products.
