Have tried opening a business bank account.After 3 weeks waiting, I've opened an enquiry to check what was the status. I was told that my application had been put in high priority, and I would hear back soon.another week passed by, no response. Rang back, and I was told that they had again escalated, and would contact me later the same day - that didn't happen.Called back the next day, and I was told that there was not a way for the customer support team to contact their processing team other than email, and they had emailed internally several times, and they had no response on where my application was, and no indication when I would be getting an answer.
