Ampere is one of the most frustrating banks I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is useless — every call ends with “we’ll pass this to the relevant department,” which achieves nothing.Every transaction is over-scrutinised, causing delays on both incoming and outgoing payments. Communication is poor, cooperation is non-existent, and resolving even simple issues feels impossible.If you need a bank that actually works for its customers, look elsewhere.
