So far I am very pleased with the purchase. The bike arrived quickly and once it was set up, it is a great bike to ride. Contacting the company for advice on setting up the bike was dealt with very quickly. My only negative is the throttle came unattached with no instructions and the instructions weren't as clear as they could be regarding putting the handle bars on. But overall once we knew how to connect everything together, the rest was easy.
