I would give less than one star if I could! The delivery was horrendous. They were supposed to deliver my essential medication. I took a day off work to be home for the delivery scheduled on Wednesday, but they never showed up. The delivery person took a photo of my front door claiming I wasn't home, despite me immediately calling to say I was there and he hadn’t rung the bell. The representative told me he couldn't come back, even though he was just minutes away. We arranged for the next delivery to my workplace since I couldn't miss another day. I informed them my office hours are from 9 to 5, and they assured me it would be delivered during that timeframe. This morning, I received a message stating my medication would arrive between 4 and 6. I called to let them know I wouldn't be in after 6, and the woman on the line was extremely rude. She said it didn't matter and that they would just deliver it another time, possibly next week. This is about my medication, not just any item! I asked if they could come at 4, but she insisted it would be at 6, and when I expressed my concern about waiting in the cold, she dismissively told me to 'have a nice day' and hung up. I haven't been able to take my medication for two days because of their service. To that representative: my day is not nice because of you! And to the entire team, I hope you reconsider your ability to deliver essential items, as this experience has been incredibly frustrating.
