I ordered a phone and eSim, expecting next-day delivery. Instead, I was contacted days later by a polite representative who apologized for not receiving the parcel. While I understood this, it took an additional two days to organize the delivery. When I encountered a problem, they canceled the order and returned it, leaving the parcel lost. Now they’ve asked me to call next week to check if they can locate it. I spoke with both customer service representatives, and neither showed any willingness to resolve the issue. They kept blaming each other, leaving me caught in the middle. I’ve never given a one-star review before, but this experience was horrendous.
