I am very disappointed with the delivery service. They were supposed to deliver my essential medication, which I rely on for my health. The first delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, and I took a day off work to be home, but they did not show up. The delivery person sent a photo of my front door claiming I wasn't home, even though I called immediately to say I was there and that he hadn’t rung the bell. The representative told me he couldn't return, despite being just minutes away. We arranged for the next delivery to my workplace, as I couldn't take another day off. I informed them my office hours are from 9 to 5, and they assured me it would be delivered during that time. This morning, I received a message saying my medication would arrive between 4 and 6. I called to explain that I would not be in the office after 6, and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude. She said it didn’t matter and that they would just deliver it another time, possibly next week. This is about my medication, not just any item. I asked if they could come at 4, but she insisted it would probably be at 6, and when I expressed my concern about waiting in the cold, she dismissively told me to 'have a nice day' and hung up. I have been unable to take my medication for two days because of their service. To that representative: my day is not nice because of you! And to the entire team, I hope you reconsider your ability to deliver essential items, as this experience has been deeply frustrating.
