When serious issues arose, my attempts to reach a supervisor or complaint officer were ignored. My experience was marked by poor handling and a significant lack of professional customer service. Avoid this firm. Update: On December 4th, I emailed regarding their comments, which were misleading. I was only contacted once, and it did not address my frustrations but rather insisted that their actions were fair. I cannot agree with a firm that disregards customer experience. Again, I urge everyone to avoid them.
