I was referred to this firm by a colleague and now wholeheartedly recommend them as well. The representative managed my house sale excellently from start to finish. I never had to chase them; they were always in control, and if they missed my call, they returned it promptly. It's rare to find solicitors who do that! The entire team was impressive, but if you’re buying or selling a house, ask for this representative to handle your transaction, and you won't be disappointed. Their rates were also quite reasonable.

When serious issues arose, my attempts to reach a supervisor or complaint officer were ignored. My experience was marked by poor handling and a significant lack of professional customer service. Avoid this firm. Update: On December 4th, I emailed regarding their comments, which were misleading. I was only contacted once, and it did not address my frustrations but rather insisted that their actions were fair. I cannot agree with a firm that disregards customer experience. Again, I urge everyone to avoid them.
