My alarm service was down for 6 to 7 weeks. I contacted AMP Smart, they told me I'd have to wait until January 6. I contacted them several times to say that this was unacceptable; at least three times talked to various customer service people. Come on my frustration, I sent the CEO, (Allen Bolen)of the company a letter and I felt like I was bounced around. Told my case had been closed, due to the fact that they claimed they had tried to contact me even though I have a message service and because I didn't contact them again mo messages were left. They refused to compensate me for the loss alarm time. However had no problem charging me for their service.On January 13th, I was contacted by Ashley Stevens, who apologized for the delay in servicing my alarm.By the time I was contacted my son who has IT skiills work had figured out what was wrong with the alarm. Some system at AMP had thrown off my alarm. I I know this sounds like a huge novel, but over all not happy with AMP Smart's response or their customer service. Unfortunately, I am going to be stuck with them for a while.
