After researching (which I regret not doing initially), I found that 80% of reviews are negative, with some being quite alarming. Their website only showcases positive feedback. It seems their business model is to secure payments for rides without ensuring driver availability. In some cases, they may issue a refund if the driver doesn't show, but they never lose money since they don't pay the driver. You, however, will incur costs for last-minute alternatives. I genuinely believe multiple state authorities should investigate how often rides are booked and not fulfilled. This company must be aware of their poor service and the significant issues they create for customers. Stranded and dissatisfied, be cautious as it could cost you in various ways. They hide behind email after their failures.
