I had a disappointing experience last week. I waited over an hour for a scheduled driver after disembarking a cruise in Long Beach, CA. The driver who finally arrived was a disaster—either impaired or dealing with mental health issues. The vehicle looked as if the driver lived in it and had minimal space for luggage. We refused to enter the car and had to make alternative travel arrangements. This company clearly does not vet its drivers properly. Stay away from this service.
