You’re better off booking with Uber. There’s a reason they have many 1star reviews. My mother was scheduled far in advance for a ride from San Antonio to Houston on Christmas day. No one came at the pick up time. 45 minutes after her pick up time, I was sent a message that the ride was canceled. When I reached out to the driver, I was told he was given another drive across country and was unavailable. Clearly, they opted to go with the more expensive trip over the one for my mother, on Christmas day of all days! My poor mother was sitting there with all of the gifts to bring to us and no one came to pick her up on Christmas and the company didn’t even have the consideration or decency to tell us they were canceling the trip the day before or even before her scheduled pick up, so we could make other arrangements. In a day where there are multiple options for professional drivers/service companies like this, definitely find another option. They are unprofessional, and their behavior is inexcusable.
