They excel at providing quick quotes and are responsive before charging your credit card. However, once your card is charged, communication disappears both via phone and email. When a driver fails to arrive, the office claims the driver should have shown up. Upon investigation, they shift the blame to the driver. When you contact the driver directly, they often claim they have no information about the scheduled ride. The bottom line is that you could find yourself stranded, so it's wise to have a backup plan. Do not depend on this service in critical situations, as they can easily concoct excuses. After researching their reviews—which I should have done beforehand—I found that 80% are negative, with some being downright alarming. The platform only displays positive feedback. I suspect their business model revolves around booking rides and collecting credit card payments upfront. If a driver fails to show, they may occasionally issue a refund, but they never lose money since they don't pay the driver. You, however, will incur costs to make last-minute alternative arrangements. I'm convinced that multiple state attorneys general should investigate how often rides are booked and paid for but not provided. This company must be aware of its poor performance and the significant issues it causes for customers. I feel stranded and dissatisfied. Be forewarned; this could cost you in various ways over time. They hide behind email once they fail to deliver.
