My partner and I arrived on the 11th July from Rome.When we arrived it wasn't a good start at all! as there was some issues with the room we were staying in and had a few problems with certain house hold mates that were staying in the same apartment.Thankfully Francesco, ( who works for the company, )made things better and fixed all!He was very attentive , professional and went the extra mile to fix the issue to make sure the rest of our stay here was comfortable.He turned a bad experience into a positive.
