Order placed 7-8-25, after 2 weeks with no email, tracking number or email with an update informing me that my item was on back order but I was not told this until I called 3 times and finally got a call back. I was told that it would another 3 weeks (8-21-25) before they would have it to ship. Today is 8-23-25 and again I have not been updated IF or WHEN I might receive my order. Customer service is very lacking and communication almost nonexistent. Luke Oliver
