I ordered a humidifier on December 18, 2025. The site mentioned it was a preorder to be shipped after December 22. I was fine with that and went ahead with the purchase. After a week, I still hadn't received any updates, so I tried emailing support, using the chat, and calling multiple times. As of January 1, 2026, I still have no idea if my product will arrive or if I’ve been scammed. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication is frustrating. I hope they ship my order, and I will update my review if they do.
