No delivery received.

I'm really worried I might have been scammed. It's been about a month since I placed my order. After a few days, I got a confirmation, but no shipping details. I messaged the company two weeks later through their website chat and received a vague response with promises of shipping soon. That was 14 days ago. No updates, no shipment, no tracking number, and most importantly, no delivery. If it finally arrives, I'll update my review. As of now, I'm not impressed.

Concerned about potential scam after a month without updates

I sincerely hope I haven't fallen victim to a scam. It's been nearly a month since I placed my order. I received a confirmation shortly after, but there have been no shipping details. Two weeks later, I contacted the company through their website chat and received a vague response—just assurances that my order would ship soon. That was 14 days ago. No updates, no shipment, no tracking number, and most importantly, no delivery. If my order eventually arrives, I will update my review. For now, I'm quite disappointed.

Unfriendly service and unclear communication

Attention!!! Delivery to my location has also been problematic. I'm still waiting for my order of a tent costing 367.00. Phone support is unresponsive!!! The chat function works, but it takes a long time to get a reply, and the responses are always similar. I placed my order on November 27, 2025! What's going on? Regards.

No order updates or information received.

I ordered a humidifier on December 18, 2025. The site mentioned it was a preorder to be shipped after December 22. I was fine with that and went ahead with the purchase. After a week, I still hadn't received any updates, so I tried emailing support, using the chat, and calling multiple times. As of January 1, 2026, I still have no idea if my product will arrive or if I’ve been scammed. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication is frustrating. I hope they ship my order, and I will update my review if they do.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The only explanation I can think of is that this company is a front for something illegal. They seem uninterested in functioning as a legitimate shop. There’s nothing to buy, and any positive reviews appear to be fabricated. I've had to write an email for a refund, but I don't expect a reply. It's merely a formality to initiate a chargeback with my bank, which is just wasting my time. They clearly absorb these penalties as part of their operations, so again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

(updated) I finally received my product on December 31, 2025. (Thank goodness.) Since I got the product and wasn't scammed, I’m adding an extra star. However, this was not a pleasant experience overall.---------------------------------------I placed an order on October 24 for an in-stock item. After over 30 days, I finally received some contact indicating that the product was likely out of stock and that incorrect information was provided on the website. They acknowledged this and promised to deliver as soon as possible, but had no timeline. I eventually accessed the app and saw my order was on its way, but without tracking information. Unfortunately, that was weeks ago now. I can't tell if they will actually send my product or if I've been ripped off. They mentioned staffing issues on the website, but the wording seems automated, which raises concerns. If they are struggling to grow and manage orders, they should stop advertising more offers and focus on fulfilling existing orders. This is a bad sign for current customers waiting for their products. If you are reading this, please provide more specific updates on the website and be transparent about the issues. (I can always update my review.) People appreciate honesty and clarity.

No delivery and no responses

Failed to deliver, didn't answer phone calls, and ignored emails. Eventually, a chatbot offered a refund but didn't follow through. I advise against purchasing from this seller (if they even exist!). I'm now on a mission to warn others about this 'company' and plan to share my experience across various forums. Refund processed via credit card.

Scam website

SCAM!! I ordered garden equipment and paid over €300. I received no confirmation email, no tracking information, and no delivery. The seller hasn't responded to any of my messages. After some research, I found many similar reviews about non-delivery and poor communication. I've opened a dispute with my bank and payment provider. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this website.

Yes, I was robbed just like everyone else by this fictional company. This is absolute garbage, and the internet does a poor job of protecting us from such scams.
