(updated) I finally received my product on December 31, 2025. (Thank goodness.) Since I got the product and wasn't scammed, I’m adding an extra star. However, this was not a pleasant experience overall.---------------------------------------I placed an order on October 24 for an in-stock item. After over 30 days, I finally received some contact indicating that the product was likely out of stock and that incorrect information was provided on the website. They acknowledged this and promised to deliver as soon as possible, but had no timeline. I eventually accessed the app and saw my order was on its way, but without tracking information. Unfortunately, that was weeks ago now. I can't tell if they will actually send my product or if I've been ripped off. They mentioned staffing issues on the website, but the wording seems automated, which raises concerns. If they are struggling to grow and manage orders, they should stop advertising more offers and focus on fulfilling existing orders. This is a bad sign for current customers waiting for their products. If you are reading this, please provide more specific updates on the website and be transparent about the issues. (I can always update my review.) People appreciate honesty and clarity.
