I sincerely hope I haven't fallen victim to a scam. It's been nearly a month since I placed my order. I received a confirmation shortly after, but there have been no shipping details. Two weeks later, I contacted the company through their website chat and received a vague response—just assurances that my order would ship soon. That was 14 days ago. No updates, no shipment, no tracking number, and most importantly, no delivery. If my order eventually arrives, I will update my review. For now, I'm quite disappointed.
