I have traveled with the service for years, but out of over 30 rides, I've had only one positive experience. The attendants have consistently poor attitudes toward customers. After paying for a ticket and facing a delay due to an incident, I was treated poorly for a long 12 hours. I eventually found a bus option that was faster and cheaper. That was my last ride with this service.
