One train great, the other disappointing

The journey from L.A to Chicago was fantastic. It was comfortable, and the team was very professional and attentive. Our room attendant was exceptional. However, the trip from Chicago to Washington DC was a different story. It was uncomfortable, and the team's lack of care for passengers was quite noticeable. The woman managing the cafe was particularly rude.

Mixed Experience on Train Journey

The train from L.A to Chicago was quite good. It was comfortable, and the team was professional and attentive. Our room attendant was exceptional. However, the leg from Chicago to Washington DC was disappointing. It was uncomfortable, and the staff showed a lack of care for the guests. The cafe attendant was particularly rude.

They are relentless with spam. If you make the mistake of giving them your email address, expect to receive endless spam forever. Unsubscribing doesn't work, and there's no way to stop the spam.

Longtime Customer Discovers a Better Option

I have traveled with the service for years, but out of over 30 rides, I've had only one positive experience. The attendants have consistently poor attitudes toward customers. After paying for a ticket and facing a delay due to an incident, I was treated poorly for a long 12 hours. I eventually found a bus option that was faster and cheaper. That was my last ride with this service.

Frustrating Experience

On a recent trip, I boarded a charter bus in Bakersfield. The attitude of the staff was terrible. A young man politely explained he wanted to sit with his mother, but the attendant rudely removed them from the bus. This experience was far from pleasant, and I hope I don’t encounter this staff member again. The service should be welcoming, not harsh.

Train Never Arrived

The train was scheduled to arrive at 11:51 AM but never showed up! We received delay notifications every hour. As a first-time rider, I was really looking forward to this experience and was quite disappointed.

Extremely Disappointing First Experience

My first experience traveling was very disappointing. I bought a business class ticket, but no one checked it. I had to navigate through multiple sections of the train to find my seat, which was broken. I asked for assistance, but it was not helpful. The amenities were not accessible without a long walk. I feel like I wasted my money and would like a refund.

Disappointing Business Class Experience

I purchased a business class ticket for my first trip and had a terrible experience. There was no one to guide me to my section, and the staff seemed indifferent. I struggled to find my seat, which was broken. The amenities were hard to access, and the service did not meet my expectations. I would prefer a refund and will not travel again.
