The journey from L.A to Chicago was fantastic. It was comfortable, and the team was very professional and attentive. Our room attendant was exceptional. However, the trip from Chicago to Washington DC was a different story. It was uncomfortable, and the team's lack of care for passengers was quite noticeable. The woman managing the cafe was particularly rude.

I have traveled with the service for years, but out of over 30 rides, I've had only one positive experience. The attendants have consistently poor attitudes toward customers. After paying for a ticket and facing a delay due to an incident, I was treated poorly for a long 12 hours. I eventually found a bus option that was faster and cheaper. That was my last ride with this service.
On a recent trip, I boarded a charter bus in Bakersfield. The attitude of the staff was terrible. A young man politely explained he wanted to sit with his mother, but the attendant rudely removed them from the bus. This experience was far from pleasant, and I hope I don’t encounter this staff member again. The service should be welcoming, not harsh.
