I had to make a change to a Grand Canyon itinerary. She collected the info and put me on hold to investigate. Then she came back with a solution, verified it, then put me on hold again to implement it. The call got dropped, but she called me right back. When she finally provided the solution, it was better than what she originally indicated. On her own initiative she got some of the change fees waived! Go Sammi! Thanks.
