We experienced a problem with our travel documents- we received train tickets for a trip in May when our scheduled trip was in March. Hilary was pleasant and friendly and we felt comfortable that she would find a resolution to our problem, which she did quickly and called us back to let us know. We received our new train tickets in less than an hour. Thanks Hilary

I worked with Nate Sullivan and Steve Mains to book a family trip. Both gave over-the-top superb customer service. They were extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and patient. They gave outstanding advice and they established my trust at the outset. Both of these gentlemen are outstanding and I consider myself lucky to have been paired with them. I did not know what to expect when booking an Amtrak trip, and these guys far exceeded my expectations. They made planning very easy. Thank you, Nate and Steve!
I had to make a change to a Grand Canyon itinerary. She collected the info and put me on hold to investigate. Then she came back with a solution, verified it, then put me on hold again to implement it. The call got dropped, but she called me right back. When she finally provided the solution, it was better than what she originally indicated. On her own initiative she got some of the change fees waived! Go Sammi! Thanks.

I spoke with Sammi Cain with Rail Bookers to update a client who was already booked and needed to make some changes to the itinerary. Sammi was very understanding and supportive of the transaction and handled everything very efficiently
I spoke with Kevin Helton today who helped me make some major changes to our booked trip from AZ to Washington, DC...from one way tickets to roundtrip with a different departure point. He was very informative and gave details about our trains and hotels that I hadn't heard before. I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. Thank you, Kevin.
