DO NOT USE! Just like everyone else on here, I had a horrible experience with this company. First attempt - they showed up without any notice or confirmation of delivery. The driver who called was rude and annoyed to find out that we were not home and hung up on me. When I called to speak to someone at their corporate office to reschedule, they tried to charge me a rescheduling fee, to which I fought and won. Second attempt - confirmed a time slot for Tuesday between 4pm-8pm. The driver calls me at 2pm and says he’s here for the delivery. I informed him that the delivery window was 4pm-8pm and that I was working until then. He then got an attitude and told me I had two choices. Either call corporate and reschedule and pay a fee or he would just drop the package, a $5,000 couch, on my front lawn. I called corporate to complain and no one including the route manager Sasha was willing to assist. By the time I got home, I found my packages, laying in my front yard. I also had two emails from Sasha. The first was an email asking me to sign an LOA, relinquishing liability of the driver for leaving my package(s) outside. WHICH a I NEVER SIGNED OFF ON. And two a picture of the items left on my lawn with a note stating that “since they didn’t receive a response from me, the driver just left the items on my lawn.”WORST COMPANY EVER
