Review Time
The absolute worst delivery company on the planet… they don’t call to confirm before arrival just show up and leave. Won’t wait 10 minutes. Charges $100+ for redelivery. Driver is a liar word is garbage.
Absolutely horrendous, the cancelled our delivery on three different days, all within 30 minutes of the delivery window. We had called out of work each of these days to receive this delivery of an expensive couch that they kept canceling. Absolutely useless customer service, we will never order an item from a company that contracts with AM Home again.
If I could do negative rating I would.First my refrigerator sat in their facility for a week and a half. First it was supposed to be to be delivered Jan. 27 then the 29th and then finally on Feb 2. The facility was only 40 miles from my home.I just had a refrigerator delivered and they literally brought it in the kitchen and left it . No plugging it in nothing. They didn’t speak English or so they acted like it. They had me sign a couple of electronic forms that were not in English and then left all the packing materials at the end of the driveway. We tried to stop them then in English they said one of the forms stated it was ok to leave the materials. 😡 It was not ok! I will be leaving a review on line as well.Carol
This is crazy what has happen today !! The driver was on the wrong side of the building I told him to meet me in back it will take me couple minutes to get downstairs cause elevators are busy and he pulls away as I’m walking to truck!!!!! I have tried contacting him he ignores me !! Very unprofessional he almost hit a pedestrian the way he sped out the loading dock!!! He was rude and nasty since second he called me Originally my sechule window was 11- To 3pm He calls at 4:47 with out calling me prior saying he is 10 mins away . He comes goes to wrong part building and get annoyed and tells me I’m past 15 minute window the time never startedAnd then you call costumer service they all work remote from home and have no contact to driver or managers They wait for reply from email from managers with answer they don’t have sechule they don’t have any communication with there driversI never seen buisness runned like this before I ask to speak to manager or head supervisor for week now and never got a email or phone call from him or her This company should not be doing deliveries they can’t handle
I read so many negative reviews, but my experience was very good. They removed my existing refrigerator and replaced it with the new one they brought out. Took precautions not to damage our European hardwood floors and the cabinetry enclosing the fridge. Took all the packing materials with them (without me having to say anything). Great experience until they knocked over wobbly clay pot, but they offered to replace it personally. Hard to complain about anything here!
