I am sharing my experience for transparency.
I requested a withdrawal on 20 December 2025. As of today, more than 55 calendar days have passed and the funds have still not been paid.
During this time, I have completed eight separate KYC verification rounds. All requested documents were provided promptly, including full bank statements in original PDF format, showing my name, account number and all transactions for the requested period.
At one stage, I was informed that each verification round may take up to 10 business days (approximately 16 calendar days). However, new document requests were issued sequentially, extending the overall process significantly.
The case is currently under mediation and full documentation has been submitted for review.
I understand that verification procedures are necessary, but the cumulative delay of over 55 days and multiple repeated document requests have made this process extremely prolonged.
I hope the situation will now be resolved promptly.
