Review Time
I am currently waiting 69 days since my initial withdrawal request (20 December 2025).
The verification process included multiple KYC rounds and extended review periods. My account is now marked as fully verified, and I am waiting for the pending withdrawals to be processed.
Support has been responsive and has confirmed that the funds are safe and being processed. I am hoping the matter will be finalized soon.
I will update this review once the withdrawal is completed.
I am sharing my experience for transparency.
I requested a withdrawal on 20 December 2025. As of today, more than 55 calendar days have passed and the funds have still not been paid.
During this time, I have completed eight separate KYC verification rounds. All requested documents were provided promptly, including full bank statements in original PDF format, showing my name, account number and all transactions for the requested period.
At one stage, I was informed that each verification round may take up to 10 business days (approximately 16 calendar days). However, new document requests were issued sequentially, extending the overall process significantly.
The case is currently under mediation and full documentation has been submitted for review.
I understand that verification procedures are necessary, but the cumulative delay of over 55 days and multiple repeated document requests have made this process extremely prolonged.
I hope the situation will now be resolved promptly.

Last time in September, my withdrawal of 400€ was pending for 12 days before I finally received it. Now, my withdrawal of 1300€ has been pending for 15 days, and the support team just sends the same message every day. It's not really "3 days to withdraw" as advertised. I have screenshots.
