This has been the most frustrating experience I've encountered with a company. I had to escalate the issue to my bank's Fraud Department. The product was subpar and didn’t resemble the online image at all. I had to jump through numerous hoops to get help. Despite having my tracking number and all required information, they have been unresponsive! They ignore my emails regarding a return. This is a scam—STAY AWAY!
