I order a coat it took 3 to 4 weeks to arrive it's thin cheaply made I paid 89.99 definitely not worth it I emailed the company many times and I was always told they needed something more,finally I got address to send back wrapped it up went to post office almost 70 dollars for shipping not worth it,this is stuff they are hoping for
Ordered a coat. Coat quality and fit were not acceptable. Tried to return with the advertised 30-day window. Was offered a coupon for a future purchase by an automated help desk. I refused, asking them to honor their return policy. Their support team has ghosted me, but now I am getting pelted with email advertisements every day.
I purchased a jacket based on the return policy advertised on the website, which promised a 30-day guarantee. Unfortunately, the jacket was too large in the middle and too short in the sleeves. The material felt thin, and the fleece was not soft at all. I attempted to return the jacket for three weeks. After providing a photo as required, I was given the runaround until finally receiving an offer to keep the jacket with a 20% refund to avoid return shipping costs. I assumed the company was based in the US, but I was given an address in China! Complete disappointment—AVOID THIS SELLER.
I completely echo the sentiments of other reviewers! This has been an awful experience… the coat was terrible. I contacted customer service four times, sent pictures each time, and then they stopped responding. I'm out $80, and it was made and shipped from China! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
This has been the most frustrating experience I've encountered with a company. I had to escalate the issue to my bank's Fraud Department. The product was subpar and didn’t resemble the online image at all. I had to jump through numerous hoops to get help. Despite having my tracking number and all required information, they have been unresponsive! They ignore my emails regarding a return. This is a scam—STAY AWAY!
I wish I could give zero stars! The item was oversized and shapeless. I requested return information immediately but never received a return address! They advertise coats as being American-made, yet they come from Asia, which likely explains the poor fit! It’s a scam—do not purchase!
