I completely echo the sentiments of other reviewers! This has been an awful experience… the coat was terrible. I contacted customer service four times, sent pictures each time, and then they stopped responding. I'm out $80, and it was made and shipped from China! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
