I ordered a coat for $89.95 during a Black Friday sale, with a supposed "30-day money-back guarantee." The coat I received was the wrong color and extremely cheap with no lining. The return process was nearly impossible. They offered various discounts, but when I insisted on a return, I was provided an address in Central China with no return label, despite it being shipped from New York. The postage would have cost over $55 to return. I ended up donating the coat and considering this an experience with a disreputable online retailer.
