I ordered some hair products on November 29, 2024 from Amyla cosmetics and company i found through Instagram ads. For maybe 2 weeks I got no update about shipment so I emailed them on December 13 2024 about this. I got a bogus response about one of the products I ordered being out of stock. I demanded a refund on Dec 17 2024 after seeing some bad reviews online. Since then I have gotten multiple emails giving me the runaround. They claimed to have shipped the products on Dec 19 2024 and it supposedly got delivered to some address in Pennsylvania on January 27 2025. I am still asking for my money back and all they have done is to ask me to confirm my mailing address which has never been incorrect. SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
