The company misleads customers with their guarantee. I bought the Curly Routine products, but after using them twice, my hair felt dry and frizzy, contrary to their claims. When I reached out, they informed me that the money-back guarantee only applies to the growth serum. I do not recommend these products or their customer service.
I ordered various curl products and, upon opening them, found a very strong chemical odor reminiscent of paint thinner. After contacting customer service, they informed me that since I opened the containers, they could not be returned. I'm unsure if I received a bad batch, but I cannot recommend these products.
I have a strong appreciation for this company and their products. The customer service is excellent as well. The chebe line is beneficial for growth, breakage, and moisture. The rosemary and mint line is fantastic—smells amazing and performs as promised.
