On my last order I accidentally clicked subscribe. I noticed immediately and started reaching out. Someone responded pretty quickly and asked for information and I sent it. A month later, my bank gets pulled for the item that I canceled. I reached out. It took days to get a response then the response was to contact a different area instead of helping. When I contacted that area, days again, and they sent me multiple emails with duplicate statements (not personal or apologetic). To top it off, they didn’t offer me my refund, which is supposed to be easy per the website. So I emailed… and I’m waiting on a response…. very disappointing.
