I'll start off by saying the product itself is trash, which is why I tried to cancel in the first place—it made my hair start falling out.I get they trap you by saying if you try our trial you must subscribe for a month but for the love of god let me cancel after that month ends (here’s the trap you can’t ever cancel).This company won't let me unsubscribe; I've sent multiple emails over the last month. The first email was sent on February 7 with no response. The second email, attempting to cancel, was sent on March 7, also with no response. The third email was sent on March 12, followed by a fourth email on March 19. Finally, I received a response, stating they'll cancel my subscription after my next order! The team tried blaming me and telling me it's too late to cancel, stating that I must cancel three days prior. I've tried, and your team's failed response is not my problem. The manager, Michelle, took way too long to respond, more like a month.
