I'm very disappointed in the service that I received recently. When I submitted my first order from Amyla Cosmetics, my order was shipped the next day and I received it within 5 days. However, I noticed that times between placing the order and shipping the order have been getting longer and longer. My most recent order was placed on August 12, 2024, and I'm still waiting for it - almost a month later. I sent a follow-up message to the company asking about my order on Facebook on September 3, 2024, and I'm STILL waiting for a response. Amyla Cosmetics needs to do a much better job of communicating with their customers by being the first to reach out if there is a problem or delay with their orders; the customer should not be the first to reach out to the company. To take a customer's money then not give them their products, nor satisfactorily explain why there is a delay is highly unprofessional.
